Shipping, returns and exchange policy
SHIPPING
Our products can be shipped to any location on the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Currently, we cannot ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the date of purchase. Delivery will take 24 to 72 business hours after the shipment has been processed.
Therefore, from the moment your purchase is confirmed, you will receive your order within a maximum of 5 business days at your home or at the pickup point, depending on the delivery option chosen during the purchase process. These delivery times are subject to exceptions for reasons beyond our control.
Shipping costs are subject to the rates contracted with Correos, and orders over 50 euros are free.
RETURNS
The Sujoya.es team wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and have complete confidence in us. Therefore, we will always facilitate the return process if you are not satisfied with the product.
The return period is extended up to 15 calendar days after receiving the product. To do so, the customer must contact Sujoya.es by email or WhatsApp within this period, stating the products they wish to return and the reason.
Once the application is received, a link will be provided to fill in the necessary information:
-Complete the form sent via the link.
-Print the generated label and place it correctly on the properly packaged package-
-Take it to the nearest post office within the next 3 days or notify us if you prefer to pick up the package at home, allowing the shipping company to collect it.
The return request date applies from the moment the customer contacts us. We always try to respond as quickly as possible. If you write to us within the 15-day period and receive our response later, there will be no problem. The return will be accepted if the other conditions are met.
The product must arrive in perfect condition, unused. In the same condition and with the same packaging as it was shipped (labels, protective material, etc.)
Once the return is received at our warehouse and we have verified that all steps have been followed correctly, we will refund the amount of the returned products, less the cost of shipping for return shipping. With the exception of pieces with manufacturing defects, in these cases the return will be free of charge. We want to clarify that, when it comes to handcrafted pieces, manufacturing defects in color, shape, or finish are not considered a defect, as this is part of the charm of our brand philosophy: we strive to escape perfection and give each piece its own personality.
The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be processed as soon as possible once we have received the product within the return period and in the same condition as purchased.
Sujoya.es reserves the right to reject a return if it does not meet the specified conditions. If this occurs, you will be notified that the order is not eligible for return.
CHANGES
Exchanges as such cannot be made. To exchange any product, you must return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above, and then proceed to purchase the desired product again.
Returns will only be accepted for products that are broken or in poor condition upon receipt. The seller is not responsible for damages that may arise from wear and tear.
